Tridens was forced to spend 3 days in the harbour of Montrose on the East side of Scotland because of engine problems. The crew was able to explore the town and have a walk on the beautiful beach. Finally, on Thursday 16 July we were able to sail again and start the survey.

Finally, on Thursday 16 of July, we were able to sail again and start the survey with very good conditions and calm sea. We did the first significant haul (19) at 56.07.90 N - 0.15.46 E where we caught a mix of Whiting and Haddock

The day after on 17 July we continued with very good weather conditions and we did the first haul (20) at 56.07.56 N - 1.57.05 E where we caught mostly Mackerel.
